Finishing: Based on the first draft of the layout plan, the text, photos and illustrations, correct position and correct color markings are sequentially arranged on the finishing paper or electronically processed in the complete manuscript, and the special requirements of the plate making are clearly instructed, which is the pre-production work.
Output and platemaking: After the finished manuscript is entered into platemaking, the pictures are scanned and divided by electronic color separation machine, the text and lines are photographed by black-and-white camera, the correct number of over-screening is developed, and the text and illustrations are put together according to the instructions on the finished manuscript, and then the plate is tanned and the color proofs are printed and sent back to the designer for proofreading. Proofreading: This is the last step before printing, which is to check whether the color proofs conform to the procedures indicated on the finished manuscript, and to make color corrections and other corrections.
